This website is operated by Tactic Gears ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site at tacticgears.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor in your care to use this site. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized or high-risk transactions, pricing errors, or product unavailability. We may limit quantities per person, household, or order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Pricing and Product Information
All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices, products, and promotions may change at any time without notice. We try to describe and display products accurately, but colors may vary by screen, and sizes and measurements are approximate. If a product listing contains an error in price or description, we may correct it and cancel affected orders. If an item you receive is not as described, your remedy is set out in our Refund Policy.
4. Payment
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including shipping and applicable taxes.
5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the item is delivered to the carrier, but we will still help resolve lost or damaged shipments as described in our Shipping Policy.
6. Product Use and Safety
Our products are intended for lawful recreational, outdoor, decorative, and everyday use. Unless a product listing expressly states a certified safety rating:
- Masks, goggles, gloves, and other protective-style gear are not certified personal protective equipment and are not rated for ballistic, industrial, or impact protection. Always use properly rated eye and face protection for airsoft, paintball, shooting, or any activity with a risk of injury.
- Ghillie suits and camouflage apparel may be flammable. Keep them away from open flames and heat sources.
- Tactical-style products are sold as apparel and accessories and are not intended for law enforcement or military service use.
You are responsible for using products safely, following any included instructions, and complying with all local laws, including hunting, airsoft, and costume regulations.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at support@tacticgears.com so we can resolve it quickly. We may suspend future orders from accounts associated with fraudulent claims or chargebacks filed without first contacting us.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, and images owned by us, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. User Content and Reviews
